Having Cundall Manor School for over 2 years as a client whilst working freelance as a graphic designer, I had the chance to manage, curate and produce 2 full printed yearbooks and 3 sets over cover designs.

The client would provide the content whilst I would produce a brief and plan to convey this into a yearbook. The cover designs would be self-led briefs, with the likes of an art deco style for 2020 and a Quentin Blake inspired design for 2022. Both of which the client highly approved of and liked the concepts and final designs.

The yearbooks having content supplied by the client, left the design of a grid format throughout most of the 70+ pages to flow seamlessly for the reader. The focal point was the imagery, which was key to include as much of which was supplied, whilst keeping to brand colours and having full spreads of which included both. In 2022, an illustrated map was designed to be used as a double page spread, depicting the school and its' grounds to scale, with a key to navigate for new pupils and parents.
